Shipping & Returns
Orders are filled Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. You can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days. Orders ship via USPS or UPS based on weight, distance, and delivery times. Once fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you the order has shipped, along with tracking information.
2022 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Please be aware that orders placed after 12 p.m. CST on Tuesday, November 22 will not begin shipping until Monday, November 28th.
For Christmas delivery, please order by the following dates:
Carpet items (Doormats and Ornaments) - Dec. 12
Non-carpet items - Dec. 16
Returns & Exchanges
All returns will be for exchange or store credit only.
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Original tags must be attached. Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless we made a shipping error.

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, you will have the option to exchange or be issued a store credit equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax, minus the cost of shipping.
Once the return is processed, if you select a store credit, you will be emailed a gift card code in the full amount of your store credit. Electronic gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
